At Metro Morphs, the health, safety, and quality of our animals are our highest priorities. We take pride in producing and raising healthy, well-started bearded dragons while maintaining honest communication and professional business practices with every customer.

Please review the following policies carefully before placing a deposit or purchasing an animal.

We offer flexible payment plans on most animals priced at $400 or more.

Payment Plan Terms:

• Any animal priced at $400 or more may qualify for a payment plan.

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve the animal.

• The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price if the balance is paid within the original payment period.

• Full payment must be completed within 30 days of the initial deposit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Shipping costs are included as part of the total balance due.

Extended Payment Period: If payment is not completed within the initial 30 days, the original $50 deposit will be applied toward feeding, care, and housing costs. A final 15-day extension may be granted. The total purchase price will increase by $50 due to forfeiture of the original deposit credit.

Voluntary Cancellation: All payments made beyond the original $50 deposit will be refunded. The $50 deposit remains non-refundable.

Seller Cancellation: If Metro Morphs is unable to fulfill the sale due to illness, injury, death, or unforeseen circumstances involving the animal, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.

Metro Morphs ships live animals within the continental United States using approved overnight reptile shipping services.

Shipping Guidelines:

• Animals are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday for next-day arrival.

• We reserve the right to delay shipment due to unsafe weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances that could place the animal at risk.

• Hub pickup may be required during periods of extreme temperatures for the safety of the animal.

• Someone 18 years or older must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

Weather Restrictions: For the safety of our animals, we may delay shipment if temperatures are considered unsafe at either the shipping or receiving location.

Live Arrival Guarantee: Metro Morphs guarantees that all animals arrive alive and in healthy condition when the package is accepted on the first delivery attempt, someone is available to receive the package immediately, any concerns are reported within 1 hour of delivery, and clear photos/video of the animal and packaging may be required. Failure to meet these requirements voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.

All Metro Morphs animals are believed to be healthy and feeding properly before shipment unless otherwise disclosed.

Buyer acknowledges that reptiles require specialized care, including:

• Proper UVB lighting

• Appropriate basking temperatures

• Proper supplementation

• Correct enclosure setup

• Proper hydration and nutrition

Improper husbandry can quickly impact reptile health and void any guarantees provided by Metro Morphs. We strongly encourage all buyers to research proper bearded dragon care prior to purchase.

Genetics & Morph Disclosure: Morphs, genetics, and possible heterozygous traits are identified to the best of our knowledge based on lineage, breeder information, and visual expression. Certain heterozygous traits ("hets") cannot be visually guaranteed unless genetically proven. Coloration and pattern may change with age, shedding, stress, diet, lighting, and maturity. Breeding outcomes can never be guaranteed.

Sex Identification: Sex is identified to the best of our ability but cannot be guaranteed on younger animals or juveniles.

Breeding & Lineage: Metro Morphs maintains detailed lineage and breeding records whenever possible to preserve the integrity of our projects and bloodlines. Buyers agree not to intentionally misrepresent lineage, genetics, or breeding history of Metro Morphs animals if resold or used in future breeding projects.

Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of live animal sales, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for buyer's remorse after shipment. Deposits are non-refundable except in situations where Metro Morphs cannot fulfill the order.

Right to Refuse Sale: Metro Morphs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale at our discretion if we believe an animal may not receive proper care or if communication becomes unreasonable or inappropriate.

Local Laws & Regulations: Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local and state laws regarding reptile ownership.
